Serving Contractors for over 40+ years

Concrete Curing Technology

Since 1965, Thermalay heated blankets have provided heat when and where contractors need it. Robert Woodard began CCT when he recognized a need in the construction industry for a product to speed the curing of concrete and help keep road crews working throughout the winter months.

He developed Thermalay, an electrically heated pad that can speed the curing of concrete from 28 to just 7 days. After experimenting with various materials and processes, the Thermalay electric pad was patented and manufactured today using our exclusive ThermaTech process, which ensures quality control at every step.

Now, 40-plus years later, Thermalay heated blankets are the leading and first choice for serious contractors from throughout the northern and western United States, Alaska, Canada, and chilly regions in Europe and Asia.

Don't accept any substitutes. The Thermalay Electrically Heated Pad is the best temporary heat for thawing, curing, or heating. Proven on the roadways of America, the Thermalay delivers heat when and where you need it.

The Thermalay Difference

Thermalay Electrically Heated Pads

What separates Thermalay Heated Blankets from all other products on the market? ThermaTech. It’s our exclusive manufacturing process that allows heat to be distributed in the most uniform and energy-efficient manner throughout the entire blanket surface.

This even temperature helps retain moisture and reduce efflorescence to give you a higher-grade finished product. The ThermaTech Process ensures that every Thermalay heated blanket is of the highest quality and ready for use on the coldest days.

With ThermaTech, you can be assured that your most temperature-sensitive materials will be safe and protected at all times in the coldest climates whether you’re heating, thawing, curing or insulating. Call now, to see how Thermalay heated pads can help you optimize your project, today!

Thermatec Specs

Thermalay blankets are constructed of tough reinforced PVC, and grommeted around the perimeter so they can easily be staked, tied down or joined to one another. Unlike competing electric blankets, Thermalay blankets can hang vertically while still heating the entire blanket surface (and your wall) evenly. Microfoam insulation keeps the heat spread evenly and directed to the ground or wall. All edges are sealed to keep out snow or rain. These durable blankets are reusable, roll easily and store compactly, ready for your next project.

How It Works

Hey, where is the thermostat?

That is a common question. Here is the simple answer: Unlike many competing products, Thermalay Electrically Heated Pads don't require a thermostat.

The outdoor ambient air temperature is the controlling factor. Thermalay blankets will maintain a temperature below the blanket of 50° F to 60° F above the ambient air temperature. More than enough to make winter work for contractors possible by defrosting the ground, keeping supplies warm on a pallet, curing concrete, and so on.
